I feel somewhere between here and there, and its surreal that my month long European tour with General Bye Bye, despite the months of work and anticipation of vacation, has been cut short by 2+ weeks and I've landed back in ATX. This is life. Gotta make the most of what we've got...

At HEB this trail mix spoke to me.

Then Jan and I gave ourselves temporary dinosaur tattoos.

And I made breakfast smoothies.

And found this neighborhood bowling alley. (with a rollerskating rink too!!!)

And thanks to Katie sending me a pic, get to enjoy the success of parents weekend in Waco from home in Austin.

Needless to say it was a long night. But the show must go on. New van today. American embassy in Paris tomorrow. Adventure city.

The Adelphi Club in Hull is world renowned having hosted lots of big bands on their way to the top.

Friday night was the best show yet!! Excellent hospitality at our couchsurfers house and a good turn out at the venue. Here's a little of what I saw along the way...
